For child talent, all information is provided and managed with parental or guardian consent.

  • Sexual orientation (where relevant to representation or casting)

  • Employment, social security and social protection law, where applicable

  • Safeguarding of children and individuals at risk, where processing is necessary to protect vital interests

ROC Talent Agency uses MediaSlide as a secure platform to host and share talent portfolios.

•               Access is provided only via email address and login credentials

•               No additional personal data is collected beyond what is required for account access

•               MediaSlide is used solely for professional portfolio viewing and talent representation

 

4. Social Media

ROC Talent Agency uses platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn for image-led promotion and brand visibility.

When interacting on social media, we may process limited personal data such as usernames, comments, messages or publicly available profile information. This data is used only to:

  • Respond to enquiries

  • Engage with our community

  • Promote talent and agency activity

We do not use social media for profiling, data harvesting or automated decision-making. Any images shared are used strictly in line with agreed usage rights and consent.

  • Enquiry data for individuals who are not represented is retained for up to 12 months

  • Marketing data is retained only until consent is withdrawn or you opt out

You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal obligations.
