Alongside our incredible talent, ROC is powered by a small, passionate team who work behind the scenes to bring every campaign together.

Founded by Adele and Jamie Roche, ROC was built on real-life industry experience and a vision to create an agency with a personal touch, helping you to hand-select the right talent. Holly is our Senior Booker; the team works to ensure every campaign runs seamlessly supporting you from casting to delivery.

The behind-the-scenes growth is supported by Chloe Taylor who oversees design and accounts, helping us to maintain our brand's image, creativity and operations. Maddie Welsh works on digital marketing, helping to keep ROC's online presence engaging and connected.

As a team we bring over a decade of combined experience, in modelling, production, operations and marketing. We all have one goal to connect brands with the right talent.
